Hello! We are, from left to right, Wee Liang, Chuen Shin and V-Nying, aka The Hainanese Cooked team! We are a group of students (now mostly graduated) from NUS, thank you for showing interest in our project!

Our shared love for built heritage and yummy food brought us to focus on the old Hainanese enclave near Beach Road, and subsequently on Hainanese businesses in the area. We hope you enjoy learning more from these Hainanese businesses alongside our mascot Bo' Hou!

This project is developed as part of the TF-NUS Heritage Champions programme, in partnership with NUS Libraries, Temasek Foundation and National Heritage Board.
